Terms of Service

• We resell digital access codes / premium keys for third-party filehosts (e.g., NitroFlare, Emload, Rapidgator).
• We use cryptocurrency on selected blockchains so our system can detect payments automatically and trigger instant key delivery—no manual reviews or card approvals.
• Payment amounts are calculated from live crypto prices and lock for a short time window per order.
• Your key is emailed automatically once the chain shows the required confirmations for the network you selected.
• You must send the exact amount to the address shown and use the correct network.
• If you underpay, send the difference before the timer ends. If you overpay or used the wrong network, contact support.
• We are not affiliated with filehosts and can’t control their uptime, features, speeds, or policies.

• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction and comply with local laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your email so your key can be delivered.
• Do not use Only.Exchange for illegal purposes, to evade sanctions/embargoes, or in violation of third-party filehost terms.

Only.Exchange sells digital access codes / premium keys redeemable at third-party filehost services (e.g., NitroFlare, Daofile, FilesFly). We don’t operate or control those services. All brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

• Supported assets include BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, LTC, and stables (USDT/USDC on supported networks).
• Prices are calculated via live crypto market data and are locked for a 30-minute checkout window (or as shown at checkout).
• You must send the exact amount to the payment address provided. Network / miner fees are paid by the sender.
• USDT/USDC must be sent on the selected network. ETH may offer L2 choices (Base, Arbitrum, etc.)—you must send on the network you chose.
• We use selected blockchains so incoming payments can be detected by our system and matched to your order, enabling instant key delivery once confirmed.
• Blockchain transactions are typically final. We cannot reverse or cancel payments once they are broadcast.

• Keys are delivered to your email address after the required confirmations on the selected blockchain (usually within minutes, depending on network congestion).
• Our system sends keys automatically when your transaction is detected and confirmed—no manual approval queue.
• If you don’t see the email, check spam/junk and search for “Only.Exchange”. Still missing? open a ticket with your transaction hash.
• Keep your key confidential until you redeem it on the filehost’s website—we cannot re-secure a key once it has been used or shared.

• Underpaid: You may send the difference to the same address while the order is still valid. If the timer has expired or the price has moved significantly, we may need to reopen a new order.
• Overpaid: We’ll reconcile reasonable overpayments. Contact support with your transaction hash and order details.
• Wrong network: For stables and multi-network assets, the blockchain must match what you selected at checkout. If funds are sent to a non-monitored network/address, recovery may not be possible. If this happens, reach out ASAP.
• Once a key is issued and visible in your email inbox, it is considered delivered. We cannot refund keys that have been revealed, redeemed, or shared.

• Provide a valid email address and ensure you can receive mail from Only.Exchange.
• Send the exact crypto amount within the payment window, on the correct network, from a wallet you control.
• Safely store and redeem your key. You’re responsible for any use or misuse of the key after delivery.
• Comply with applicable laws and the terms of the third-party filehost.

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties as to uptime, speed, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not control and are not responsible for third-party filehost outages, policy changes, regional blocks, or performance.
• Network fees, confirmation times, and blockchain performance are outside our control.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Your continued use of Only.Exchange after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
