Refunds & Adjustments

We can reconcile overpayments, fix underpayments, and help if your premium key hasn’t arrived. Refunds are sent on-chain in the same asset & network you paid with.

Plain-English Summary

  • Overpaid? Once we confirm your on-chain transaction, we can return the difference.
  • Underpaid? Send the remaining amount to the same address before the timer expires and the order will auto-unlock.
  • No key? We’ll verify blockchain confirmations and resend the premium key to your order email.
  • Refunds are sent in the same asset/network used for payment (e.g., USDT on BNB → refund in USDT on BNB).

Eligibility

  • Confirmed payment that exceeds the locked crypto amount (overpayment).
  • Duplicate payments sent to the same Only.Exchange order address.
  • Failed order delivery after confirmations (no premium key email, even after checking spam/junk).
  • Note: If a key is redeemed on a filehost (e.g., NitroFlare), it’s considered delivered and non-refundable.

What to include in your request

  • Order email (the email you entered at checkout for your key).
  • Host & pack (e.g., NitroFlare – 90 Days, FilesFly – 31 Days).
  • Coin + network (e.g., USDT on BNB, USDC on Ethereum, SOL).
  • Transaction hash/ID and, if possible, a block explorer link.
  • Amount paid and your refund address on the same asset/network.

How refunds are issued

  • We refund in the same asset & network you originally paid with (e.g., BTC → BTC; USDT on BNB → USDT on BNB).
  • For overpayments, we return the difference after subtracting any applicable network fees.
  • Underpayments are usually solved by sending the shortfall to the same address; no separate refund is needed.
  • All refunds are on-chain and visible on a public block explorer.

Timelines

  • Verification: usually within a few hours after you submit full details (email + TX hash + amount).
  • Payout: typically same day once verified. Complex or edge cases may take up to 2 business days.
  • Network congestion or chain issues can affect how fast your refund confirms on-chain.
Sent on the wrong network?
If you sent USDT/USDC or another token on the wrong chain (different from what you selected), contact support immediately with your TX hash and explorer link.
Recovery depends on which asset and network were used; some cases may not be recoverable.
Paid but no key?
First, check spam/junk for “Only.Exchange”. Still nothing? Open a ticket with your order email and TX hash via /support.
We’ll verify confirmations on the blockchain and resend your premium key if needed.
